St. Ambrose Academy

St. Ambrose Academy is a junior secondary school located in the Allentown district of Freetown, Sierra Leone’s capital city.

St. Ambrose Academy is a thriving community school, with over 675 students from the local area attending. The school has recently received funding for a library, science lab, and general school equipment (desks, chairs, blackboards, and a computer) as well as sponsorship for 125 students each year for the next 5 years, to help cover school fees, materials and uniforms for the poorest students within the school community. There are two Christian Brothers currently teaching at the school.
