Looking Back on 2023

Last year, we launched our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan. This strategy was developed in 2022 in collaboration with our partner projects, funders and other stakeholders in the Edmund Rice Network. In 2023, we worked together to implement the first year of this ambitious plan. As we move into 2024, securing funding for our partner projects abroad remains a main priority for ERD.

Last year, we were delighted to have the privilege of travelling to visit projects in various parts of the world. We travelled to Kenya, Sierra Leone and South Africa to visit projects, and had the opportunity to host partners in Ireland when many were in town for the Edmund Rice Education Beyond Borders conference last May. We are grateful for the support we have received from the Edmund Rice Network in realising the first year of our strategic plan.
