Over three days this November, 22 Edmund Rice Mission personnel from the Western Cluster project and the St. Paul’s Skills Training Centre came together for a Result Based Management (RBM) Review Workshop in the Western Province of Zambia. This was a refresher course building on the knowledge gained at their first RBM course in Zambia in July 2019, and it gave participants an opportunity to discuss and share their experiences in applying RBM practices to their project work.
Every Friday, participants explore human rights and advocacy using an interactive, participatory and practical approach. The training, being conducted in collaboration with Misean Cara, has attracted over 300 registered participants drawn from more than 35 countries.
